1. Free 3-Day Trial

Your 3-day trial is 100% free with no credit card required. After the trial, enrollment is optional. If you choose not to continue, you owe nothing.

2. Monthly Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Weekend Plan: $40/month. 5-Day Plan: $60/month. Sibling discount (10% off) is applied automatically for each additional child.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel any time before your next billing date with no fee. WhatsApp us at +92 318 238 6413 and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.

4. Rescheduling Classes

Give us at least 24 hours notice and we will reschedule at no charge. Classes missed without notice are forfeited.

5. Teacher Matching

We commit to matching you with a qualified, certified teacher. If you are not satisfied, we will switch your teacher at no cost just ask.

6. Code of Conduct

Students and parents agree to treat teachers with respect. Any abuse or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

7. Refunds

Because plans are monthly, refunds are not typically offered after billing. In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, family loss), contact us and we will work with you fairly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rahber Institute is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services beyond the monthly fee paid.
